The Challenge
Greenbank Environmental was looking to replace their existing mobile app that allows installers captured and submitted required data to Greenbank to get small-scale technology certificate (STCs) rebates from Australian Government
The Solution
Redesigned mobile app with a focus on providing accredited installers with simplified claiming process, and easy to understand learning resources
My Role
As the lead product designer, my role includes conducted stakeholder Interviews, Designed high level UX wireframe flow, Designed high-fidelity UX Flow, building UI design toolkit, UI Prototype, and Developer hand-offs.

Stakeholder Interviews
We kicked off the project by understanding the background of what Greenbank does, and their role in helping installers get their rebate claim processed through their compliance process. We also looked at how the existing app connected to their admin portal, and how they're currently being used. We also gone through the number of claims that goes through the system, and discussed how these claims can be streamlined and more integrated.
High level user experience wireframe
Based on understanding of the session, I drafted multiple iterations of the user experience flows to map out the end-to-end process from how the installers setup their authentication and biometrics to how they start a new claim, and see what types of claim that has gone through or request for more information.
High-Fidelity UI Design and Prototype
Utilising what I have mapped out in the wireframe, I built Ui design components in Figma as a building block to convey how the finished product will look like for the end-customer.
