Contract via Rio Studio, 2025

The Challenge
Service Stream's existing field mobility app has reached the end of their Asset Management Lifecycle, and looking to migrate their legacy systems and improve the user experience and the user interface as part of the migration process.
The Solution
We redesigned the field mobility app with a focus on improving the ease of use and reducing the number of clicks to get to relevant information.
My Role
As the Senior Product Designer, I led the end-to-end design process. This includes Stakeholder interviews, user experience analysis, user flow wireframe, building UI design toolkit, building UI prototype, and developer hand-offs.
Tools & Methods
Kick-off Workshop
In this session, we looked at all of the existing functionalities, and discussed what are the potential improvements based on customers feedback and business requirements. We also discussed at opportunities to improve the user experience and figuring out which functionalities that are important to keep and taken out

High-level User flow Wireframe
Based on the information gathered from the session, I worked closely with the development team and the stakeholder to visualise how the end-to-end experience will look like. During this phase, each iterations was informed by feedback loop process.

High-Fidelity UI Design and Prototype
Once most of the scope and the high-level experience were defined, I began to design the high-fidelity UI components and built UI prototype in Figma to visualise how the end-to-end experience fits together.
